Our steel frame is one of the strongest and safest building on the market. Our modular apartments have also been engineered to significantly exceed Region D Category 2 cyclone rating. The modular building can include from 12 rooms to a High-rise modular apartment of 300 rooms. You can even add a reception room, rest and recreational rooms, gym units, laundry area, kitchen and common dinning area.
